Material Fact – Cyber Attack

Tegma Gestão Logística SA (“Tegma” or “Company” – B3: TGMA3), in compliance with CVM’s provisions in Resolution Nº 44/21, informs that some of the Company and its subsidiaries’ servers suffered cyberattacks, causing unavailability of part of its systems.

The Company’s protection systems detected the attacks and, immediately, the Company activated its security protocols and controls. The Company also relies on the support of a specialized consultancy.

So far, Tegma’s main systems remain intact. The Company continues to evaluate the extent of this incident and up to this point, it has not identified any customer or personal data leakage. The complete assessment of the incident is ongoing and the Company is taking the necessary measures to restore normality.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed of any relevant information related to this incident.
