Shareholder Notice – 2024 Annual General Meeting Date

Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. (B3: TGMA3), hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, pursuant to Art. 37, § 2º, CVM Resolution nº 81/2022, as amended, the 2024 Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on April 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM, and that it will adopt the remote voting system.
