Material Fact – Search and seizure of material

Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. (“Tegma” or “Company” – B3: TGMA3) hereby inform the shareholders and the market in general that on the morning of October 17th a search and seizure of materials was conducted in our branches in São Bernardo do Campo by the Federal Police, in conjunction with the Special Action Groups to Combat Organized Crime (GAECO) and with collaboration of CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Defense).
