(“Tegma” – Bovespa: TGMA3), a company headquartered at Avenida Nicola Demarchi no. 2.000, in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, state of São Paulo, Corporate Taxpayers’ ID (CNPJ/MF) 02.351.144/0001-18, in accordance with Letter/CVM/SEP/GEA-2/no. 171/2010, hereby informs that it arranged for the amendment of the Management Proposal, originally filed via the Periodical and Occasional Information (IPE) system on March 19, 2010.

The new Management Proposal will be available to shareholders on the website of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) (www.cvm.gov.br) and on the Company’s IR webpage (www.tegma.com.br/ri).
