Notice to the Market – Acquisition of land in the city of Camaçari-BA

TEGMA GESTÃO LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Tegma” or “Company” – B3: TGMA3), informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, its subsidiary Niyati Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda has acquired a plot of land of approximately 200,000 square meters in the city of Camaçari-BA, intended for the Company’s vehicle logistics operations.

Currently, Tegma already operates a yard in the region with approximately 66,000 square meters, and the newly acquired land is intended to expand capacity to meet growing demand for automotive logistics services, such as vehicle collection, storage, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), and vehicle distribution. The site will also be equipped with the necessary administrative facilities and support infrastructure for cargo operators.

The land was purchased for R$ 40 million, and the Company expects to invest an additional R$ 3.5 million in adaptations.

Tegma periodically seeks opportunities to acquire strategic properties that provide competitive advantages and support the development of both its current and potential operations.
