Notice to the Market – Effects of floods in the State of Rio Grande do Sul

In view of its operations located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. (“Tegma” or “Company”) hereby informs that the extreme meteorological event that occurred in the state did not significantly affect the Company’s main facilities, nor the most important route for transporting vehicles from its main base in the state to the rest of the country. However, deliveries within Rio Grande do Sul are partially suspended. The financial impacts stemming from the event are still being properly measured and the Company is providing the necessary support to the employees who were affected.
