Notice to the market – relevant shareholding

Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. (“Tegma” or “Company” – B3: TGMA3), hereby informs the public, its shareholders and the market in general that received a notification on April 9th 2018 from Itaú Unibanco S.A. (“Itaú”), informing that the number of Tegma’s common shares held by investment funds and portfolios managed by Itaú increased to 3,922,477 shares (5.9429% of outstanding shares), above the 5.0% threshold.
