Notice To The Market – Tegma Rating Assigned by Moody´s withdrawn

Tegma Gestão Logística  S.A. (“Tegma” or “Company”) informs its shareholders, bond holders and other market participants that it has requested the cancellation of the corporate rating assigned by Moody´s.

On September 5, 2019, Moody’s released a press release announcing that it withdrew Tegma’s Global and Local corporate rating.

Tegma looks for the best governance practices and for the transparency with its shareholders and debt holders. Therefore, it maintains the National Rating assigned by Fitch A (Bra) stable, announced on August 29, 2019.
