Shareholder notice – Minority shareholders appointment for Fiscal Council

Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. (“Tegma” or “Company” – B3: TGMA3) hereby inform the shareholders and the market in general that Mr. Marco Tulio Clivati Padilha and Mrs. Monica Hojaij Carvalho were appointed by the minority shareholders as member and deputy members, respectively, to form the Fiscal Council that will be installed at the Annual and Extraordinary and Shareholder Meetings to be held on April 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM Brazil Time (09:00 AM EST), as proposed by the Board of Directors, under the Proposal of Management given out to the market within the regulatory deadline.
