Tegma presents its results for the fourth quarter and year of 2015

Tegma Gestao Logistica S.A., one of the largest logistic providers in Brazil and the leader in logistics for brand new vehicles in Brazil, hereby presents its Q4 and 2015 results.

Highlights:

• 2015 net revenue was R$ 1.1 billion, 22% less than 2014
• 2015 free cash flow was R$ 36 million vs R$ 31 million in 2014
• 2015 adjusted EBITDA was R$ 99 million vs R$ 189 million in 2014

• 2015 net income was R$ 10 million vs a net loss of R$ 23 million in 2014
