Tegma reports change in Management Proposal for Annual Shareholder meeting

Tegma Gestão Logística SA ( “Tegma” or the “Company”), reported his 2016 Management proposal for the Annual Shareholder meeting including a change in the directors global compensarion in item 13,2 – Appendix IV, in correction due to the change in variable compensation of executive officers. Additionally, we included the explanation of the variable compensation variation between 2016E and 2015 and between 2015 and 2014, for better understanding.
