São Bernardo do Campo, January 31, 2012 – Tegma Gestão Logística S.A., (BM&FBOVESPA: TGMA3) one of the largest logistics management providers in Brazil and leader in the transportation of brand new vehicles for the automobile industry, hereby announces to its shareholders and other market participants that it has concluded the acquisition of the LTD Transportes LTDA’s (“LTD”) operations. The company has a strong expertise in logistics operations for the e-commerce segment and provides services for the main players in this market.

The business acquired by Tegma consists of operations in the distribution logistics segment, focusing in the distribution of goods weighing more than 30 kg and/or high cubage for the Business to Consumer (B2C) segment.

The acquisition is in line with Tegma’s strategy of growing its operations in the distribution logistics segment and expanding its integrated logistics services offering.
