Notice to the Market – Inclusion in the B3 Corporate Sustainability Index

TEGMA GESTÃO LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” – B3: TGMA3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, for the first year, its shares will be included in the B3 Corporate Sustainability Index (“ISE”) portfolio, effective from May 4, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
