Tegma´s Q2 2016 results

Tegma Gestao Logistica S.A., one of the largest logistic providers in Brazil and the important player in logistics for brand new vehicles in Brazil, hereby presents its Q2 2016 results.

Highlights:

• Tegma transported 169,000 vehicles in 2Q16, 10% less than in 2Q15

• Tegma’s net revenue was R$ 229 million in 2Q16, 17% less than in 2Q15

• Free cash flow was negative R$ 13 million in 2Q16 vs. negative R$ 58 million in 2Q15

• Tegma’s EBITDA was R$ 17 million in 2Q16 vs. R$ 17 million in 2Q15, an EBITDA margin up by 1.1 p.p.

• The company’s net debt at June 30, 2016 was R$ 123 million (1.4x adjusted EBITDA for the last 12 months)

• Administrative costs were R$71 million in 2Q16, 14% less than in 2Q15
