2022 Integrated Report

TEGMA GESTÃO LOGÍSTICA S.A (TGMA3), one of the largest logistics companies in Brazil and in the brand-new vehicle logistics segment, hereby presents its first Integrated Report, referring to the year 2022.

The document brings together the actions developed by the company in the environmental, social and governance areas. As of this edition, the Report will be produced annually, allowing stakeholders to monitor the Company’s progress in implementing initiatives in these three pillars, as well as to become aware of the future goals established.

The Report was prepared in accordance with the framework of Integrated Reporting, Integrated Thinking and the contents of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), structures under the IFRS Foundation. In addition, it complies with the rules and standards of the 2021 version of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

The Integrated Report will be available on the company’s digital media, such as the website (https://www.tegma.com.br/en/sustainability/), LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

At first, the document will only be available in Portuguese. The English version is expected to be published soon.
