Notice to the market – reduction of the relevant shareholding

Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. (“Tegma” or “Company” – B3: TGMA3), hereby informs the public, its shareholders and the market in general that received a notification on April 6th 2018 from its shareholder Coimex Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda., stating that reduced the number of shares held in 3,571,633 shares to 13,207,034 common shares issued by the Company, equivalent to 20.01% of the number total shares. The amount sold corresponds to 5.41% of total shares issued.
