São Bernardo do Campo, March 06, 2008 – Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. (Bovespa: TGMA3), hereby informs about the fire occurred in the early morning this Thursday (March 6, 2008) at its warehouses in the city of Cariacica, in the state of Espirito Santo. Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. would like to state that:

• fortunately, there is no record of casualties;
• emergency measures have been taken and operations are being resumed gradually;
• operations at these warehouses account for about 2% of Tegma‘s net revenues;
• all the interests are duly insured with leading insurers;
• the causes of the fire are being investigated.

Tegma will keep its clients, investors, partners and employees informed about ongoing measures to bring its services back to normal.
