Tegma announces CFO resignation request

Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. (“Tegma” or the “Company” – Bovespa: TGMA3), announces its shareholders and the market in general that the board received the resignation request from Mr. Luiz Otávio Pessoa for the Chief Financial Officer position.

Mr. Luiz Otávio will remain working in the company until May 31, supporting the transition process.

The members of the Board of Directors and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer thank Mr. Luiz Otavio for his dedication and valuable contribution to the Company during the period in which he held his duties, wishing him the best in his new professional challenges.

Mr. Ramón Pérez Arias Filho was indicated to hold the Chief Financial Officer position, which will be confirmed in appropriated Board of Directors´ meeting.
