Tegma´s Q1 2017 results

Tegma Gestao Logistica S.A., one of the largest logistic providers in Brazil and the leader in logistics for brand new vehicles in Brazil, hereby presents its Q1 2017 results.

•    Tegma transported 164,000 vehicles in 1Q17, a 21% growth vs 1Q16 through an average distance of 891 km, 14% lower vs 1Q16
•    Tegma’s net revenue in 1Q17 was R$ 214 million, 5% higher than 1Q16, driven by the increase of the number of vehicles transported
•    Tegma’s EBITDA in 1Q17 was R$ 21 million (a 2.6 p.p. higher margin vs 1Q16) driven by the increase in revenues and the costs and expenses control
•    1Q17 Tegma’s net income was R$ 5.5 million (a 2.6% margin and R$ 0.08 earnings per share), a reversion vs the 1Q16 R$ 1.9 million net loss
•    1Q17 free cash flow was R$ 11 million vs R$ 41 million of 1Q16
•    The company’s net debt on March 30th, 2017 was R$ 95 million (1.0 x EBITDA of the last 12 months), R$ 4 million lower vs 4Q16
•    TGMA3 quote on March 31th, 2017 was R$ 11.55, a 50% increase vs December 31th, 2016 and a 157% increase vs twelve months ago.
