Tegma announces new CFO election

Tegma Gestão Logística SA announces to its shareholders, investors and the market in general that, given the resignation of Mr. Luiz Otavio da Silva Pessoa, who held the post of Chief Financial Officer, reported on May 16, 2016, the Board of Directors elected on this date, Mr. Ramón Pérez Arias Filho as new CFO.

Holding degree in business administration from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a MBA in corporate finance from IBMEC, Mr. Ramón built a solid career in domestic and foreign companies.
